Consultant in Human Resources (according to Law no. 53/2003 edited and GD no. 500/2011 edited)

  • Registration in the General Register of Employees, according to GD no. 500/2011 edited;
  • Transmission of the General Registry of Employees, according to legal terms;
  • Preparing personnel file, requesting documents and statements required to file;
  • Preparing documents that produce changes in individual labor contract, like amending function addenda, negotiated salary, workload, Decision to suspend the individual labor contract, Decisions to terminate the individual labor contract, and their declaration in the General Registry of Employees according to GD no. 500/2011 edited;
  • Preparing certificates of service for employees, at their request;
  • Preparation and completion of certificates required by company employees;
  • Drawing any personal reports requested by the client;
  • Checking collective presence sheet;
  • We provide legal support for any problem in the labor relations area;
  • We provide support in case of checks carried out by bodies of the Ministry of Labour;
  • We provide advice to the conclusion and termination of individual employment contracts;
  • We provide advice in preparing essays and sanctioning decisions for misconduct;
  • We give advice on the application of labor legislation in force;
  • We draw up job descriptions for employees;
  • We d Regraw up the Internal Order Rules;
  • We provide advice in drafting the Collective Labour Agreement at unit level.
